We ARE accepting new patients and appointments are typically available within 1-2 weeks for most child, adolescent and adult psychiatric services.

Southeastern Executive Health is a fee-for-service (out-of-network) psychiatric practice and does not accept insurance directly.  Many patients are surprised to find out that they may be able to submit our receipts to their insurance company, for partial reimbursement of our services. We recommend that patients call their insurance company and ask if they have “out-of-network” behavioral health reimbursement. Superbills/receipts are provided upon request as we maintain a small office staff. Please reach out to our office to have these emailed to you using our “contact us” button.

Yes. We offer in-office psychiatric initial evaluations, medication management, and therapy at our locations. Availability for in-office visits is different for each provider. Please reach out to the office with our “contact us” button for more information on a specific provider’s in-office availability.

Medication Requests and Prescription Refills – Patients may call or email the office/provider and leave a message for prescription refills. Refills are called in on Monday through Friday only, during normal business hours. Please allow 48 business hours for all requests. Our office takes the prescription of controlled medications very seriously. An initial face-to-face appointment AND an in-office visit every 90 days may be required by your provider, the DEA and/or the state where you reside. We will not make exceptions to local or federal regulations. If you are prescribed a controlled substance, appointments will be required for refills. Lost or stolen controlled substance prescriptions will not be replaced under any circumstances. If patients are having withdrawal symptoms due to lost or stolen controlled prescriptions, they are responsible for going immediately to the ER or calling 911 to seek immediate medical attention (i.e. we will not break our controlled medication policies because a patient states that they are having withdrawal).
