Website Privacy Policy
Effective August 2026.
This policy describes how the Southeastern Executive Health website handles information. Our practices for protected health information (PHI) are governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which every patient receives at intake.
What this website collects
- Forms. Our contact and scheduling forms collect the information you type (name, contact details, and your message) and deliver it to our staff so we can respond. Forms on this site are not for medical information; please don't include clinical details, and never use them in an emergency.
- Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page visits in aggregate. It records the page viewed, the site that referred you, and general details such as browser, device type, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you across other websites. Umami is run by an outside company, so loading it discloses your IP address to that company at the moment of your visit; it is used to estimate country and is not retained. Analytics run only on these public pages, never on our intake, medication-request, or payment forms. We do not use advertising trackers or social-media pixels, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
- Cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses none for advertising.
Patient portal & payments
Medication requests, intake paperwork, and payments are handled through dedicated, secure third-party systems, not through this website. Those systems maintain their own safeguards and privacy terms appropriate to health information and payment cards.
Links to other services
Some buttons and links take you to separate services we use, including our forms and scheduling (IntakeQ), video visits (Doxy.me), provider listings (Psychology Today), and map or directions links. We do not embed these services in our pages, so they receive nothing about you unless you choose to follow the link. Once you leave this website, that service's own privacy terms apply rather than this policy.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your care, such as appointment reminders and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Our text line is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service.
You can opt out of receiving text messages from Southeastern Executive Health LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Your health information
As a medical practice we are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided with your intake packet and available from our office on request, explains how your health information may be used and disclosed and how you can access it.
