About the Practice
About Southeastern Executive Health
A small, private-pay psychiatry practice in Chadds Ford, built on one conviction: the careful, research-driven psychiatry usually found in academic medical centers belongs in the community too, close to home and without the long wait.
Our Story
Bringing academia into the community
Dr. Clements founded the practice after training at the region's teaching hospitals: an MD from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, a psychiatry residency at Cooper University Hospital where he served as chief resident, and an addiction psychiatry fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He opened Southeastern Executive Health to bring that academic caliber of care into an unhurried, private setting.
He came to medicine from engineering, with a degree in mechanical engineering and patents to his name as an inventor. That measure, test, and refine mindset still shapes the work: specific goals, close attention to the evidence, and a willingness to keep adjusting until things are right.
Our Philosophy
When we are doing our job right, we both become experts in you.
How the practice runs
A deliberately small practice
Keeping the book small is the point. Lori Albright, CRNP and Dr. Clements collaborate on every patient, discussing options together, so new patients have the whole care team from the start. A small practice is what lets us give each person real time: visits that start when they should and run long enough to do the work properly, rather than care shaped around a billing code.

Our approach
Evidence-based and personal
Our care is grounded in the best available evidence and tailored to you. We set specific, measurable goals together, follow the research where it leads, stay open to creative, evidence-based options when they serve you, and treat care as a partnership that can include your family and your other clinicians. The human touch in a clinical field is the whole idea.
