New Patients
Become a New Patient
New patients begin with a comprehensive evaluation. Lori Albright, CRNP and Dr. Clements collaborate on your care. Tell us how to reach you and we'll respond, typically within two to three business days.
What to Expect
How becoming a patient works
- 1
Reach out
Share your contact information and a bit about what brings you in. We respond, typically within two to three business days.
- 2
Complete your forms
We send your intake forms and patient agreement, which covers the fee structure, through a secure portal. Completing them is the single biggest factor in how soon your first visit happens.
- 3
Your 50-minute intake
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, in person or by secure video. It is also a chance to make sure we are the right fit. Never a rushed intake.
Southeastern Executive Health is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. See Fees & how we work for details on how the practice operates, superbills, and HSA/FSA eligibility.
Common Questions
What new patients ask first
Do you take insurance?
No. We're out-of-network with all insurance plans and not enrolled with Medicare, so you pay the practice directly. If your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits, a superbill is available on request and can be submitted for possible reimbursement. Visits are typically HSA/FSA-eligible, and your exact fees are provided in writing before your first appointment.
What happens at the first visit?
Your first appointment is a consultation: an unhurried, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, in person or by secure video. It is also a chance for both of us to see whether we are the right fit, with no obligation to continue.
How do payments work?
Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and 72 hours on weekends and holidays, so the time can be offered to someone else. Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
Can you refill my medication or prescribe stimulants?
Refills are handled at your appointments; we do not refill medication without a scheduled visit. Controlled medications such as stimulants, for example Adderall, require an appointment with your provider.
