Our office sits on Kennett Pike (Route 52) in Chadds Ford, in the heart of the Brandywine Valley, minutes from Garnet Valley and Kennett Square on the Pennsylvania side, and a short drive up Route 52 from Greenville and north Wilmington, Delaware. Patients see us here in person, by secure video, or a mix of both.

Getting here and parking

The office is on Kennett Pike (Route 52), just over the Delaware line into Pennsylvania, a little past the Fairville Road intersection as you come up from Delaware. Look for the “Psychiatry” sign and the “McCauley Law Offices” sign at the entrance. There is parking in front of the building, and the practice is on the first floor, where the main door leads straight into our office. The office is wheelchair accessible.

What to expect at the office

This is a calm, private setting, not a busy clinic. Your first appointment is an unhurried, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, a full fifty minutes rather than a rushed intake, and a chance for both of us to make sure we are the right fit. Appointments start on time, follow-ups are scheduled directly with the office, and you see the same clinicians each visit. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with evening hours available by request.

In person, by video, or a mix of both

Being seen in Chadds Ford and meeting by secure video are not an either-or choice. Many patients come in for a first visit and handle follow-ups online, or the reverse, whatever fits their week. Delaware residents are only minutes over the state line from north Wilmington, and because Lori Albright, CRNP is licensed in Delaware, video visits are fully in-state care for the times coming to the office is not convenient.

A deliberately small practice

The practice is deliberately small. Appointments start on time, visits are unhurried, and the same two clinicians (Dr. Clements and Lori Albright, CRNP) handle your care from the first call onward.
